  • Sneak Peek Night Oct. 15, Tucannon Cellars, 5pm to 8pm

  • Studios open Oct. 16 and 17 from 11am to 6 pm and Oct. 18 from noon to 5pm

  • Winery Venues open Oct. 17,18 and 19, noon to 5pm


Prospectus/Summary of the Events:


Tour D’Arts is a self-guided tour of artists’ studios/venues in the Tri-Cities and surrounding area. The focus of the tour is to promote and sell the work of local artists.  In addition, it is an opportunity to showcase your art and creative spaces.

The tour is open to all artists residing in the 509-area code.

To facilitate a well-attended show, the tour provides additional opportunities for the artists to display their work to the public including  the show at the Richland library and at one of Cyber Art's four curated shows at local businesses.

Tuesday October 1-October 15 Promotion at the Richland Library

Artists have the opportunity to display their work at the Richland Public Library for 15 days prior to the tour.  Your art, your name and venue location, will be on display along with maps and information for the tour.  We will have places for both 2D and small 3D objects.  We cannot have prices on the art but note that all items can be purchased directly from the artist.  We strongly recommend that you take this opportunity to show your work.  Out of town artists should arrange with the tour director (Pam Sharp) to deliver their art for display.  Artists will bring their work to the library on the October 1 at 10:00 am and will pick up their work at 10:00 am on the October 15. If you  cannot pick up your work please arrangements with the Tour Director at

Because we have a certain space to fill at the library, you will be notified prior to the event how many pieces of art you can show. 

Please note, if you sign up for the Library show you must deliver work.  Artists that sign up for the library show and do not show up or make arrangements with the show director may be subject to a $25.00 fee to cover costs.


Thursday, October 15 Sneak Peek Night:

All artists are required to participate in an opening invitational gala at Tucannon Winery, 40504 Demoss Rd., Benton City, WA 99320, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This event is held in the Tucannon Sugar Pine Barn.

Each artist will have space to display a limited amount of art (space will be determined by the number of artists participating in the Tour).


  • 2D artists will have a minimum of one 3’wide by 6’ high ProPanel.

  • 3D artists will have a minimum of 36 sq. ft. display space. Each 3D artist will need to bring their own pedestals or table.   


Artists shall be set up by 4:30 p.m. 

Complementary light hors d’oeuvres; no-host wine and a no-host food truck are available.

This event is to gather the artists so we can all see each other’s work and an appreciation gala for your patrons. Postcards will be available for you to send to your patrons and supporters.  Sales are encouraged at the gala, so have extra work available if the patron wants to take your work home. 

We know that sometimes artists have emergencies that may preclude them from not being able to attend the gala.  However, your art MUST be at the show.  If you are experiencing an emergency please contact the show director and make arrangements for your delivery and pick-up of your art.

This is our opening event and to not have a full slate reflects badly on the show and on the commitment of the artists to maintain a professional appearance.

October 16, 17 and 18:

These are the dates to have your studio open. We strongly suggest a collaborative studio with more than one artist.

Tour representatives will be contacting potential wineries and businesses to host an artist. Artist assignment is at the sole discretion of the Tour Committee, however, an artist can request a location or provide their own business location.

 Studios and  non-winery venues are open to the public from 11 am to 6 pm on Oct 16 and 17. And noon to 5pm on Oct 18.

 Winery Venues are open to the public  from noon to 5 pm on Oct 16, 17 and 18.   

Deadline for application submission is June 30
